Are you our next Gender Champion?
70% of workers in the international floriculture sector are women. Therefore, there is a big chance that many of your colleagues, your suppliers and possibly even you, are women. It is important that women are treated equally, feel safe and are represented in the workspace. Do you want to play a part in making the sector work for them? Could you use a little bit of help and support with this? Participate in the Gender Champion Meetings!

“The meetings held up a mirror to me. I have started to think more carefully and look more closely at the situation for women in the workplace and beyond. For example, how do you ensure a good working environment? Safety is not just about work shoes, but also how you feel as a person within your organization.”
